On Sunday 5 August we are hoping to host a community day at the club. This is part of this year’s RugbyForce funding (please see the event post about the work we need to do in the container, numbers so far are a little disappointing…). We have dedicated funds available to host the event, which we’d like to use to encourage more players to join the club, to all sections, mens, ladies and Sharks. It’s also a great excuse for a bit of a pre season social.
To make this work we need help from you all. I’ll be putting up a proper event post on the open Facebook site shortly. Please like and share it. Once we firm things up we’ll put up more details.
We need you to come along and support the day and the club. Being family and friends with you.
We need ideas from you about activities for the day, rugby themed or not. Family friendly etc? BBQ or hog roast etc? Quiz later or live music or something else?
And we’d love some help organising it and making it work on the day.
Without you there is no event. Please give us all the support you can.
