Timings for Men’s, Ladies’ and Shark’s resumes training sessions are below.  Tuesdays and Thursdays 7pm for Men’s training. Thursdays 7pm Ladies’ training. Sundays 10am Sharks training. We have staggered start times for age groups currently for Covid-19 purposes. Although it’s preseason, we have a structured programme that will support those of any ability get back
